Emirates Schools Establishment was established based on Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2016 issued by the late Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, may his soul rest in peace, which came into effect in January 2021. In line with the wise leadership's vision and the goals set for the next fifty years, we at Emirates Schools Establishment aim to develop the public education sector and implement development programs at public schools and kindergartens, providing quality education to all our students.
Candidates must have an understanding of the mechanics of the French language, with strong written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that the candidate is committed to developing as a teacher and possess a positive "can do” attitude.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
- Deliver the curriculum effectively, ensuring that lesson plans and activities align with educational standards and learning objectives.
- Maintain a positive learning environment that promotes learner engagement and participation.
- Ensure assessments are delivered according to the assessment strategy and guidelines, in a valid and rigorous manner.
- Maintain an accurate record of student achievement and performance.
- Create positive and effective relationships with colleagues.
-Support the learning process by identifying needs and guiding students to achieve their learning objectives.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.
Skills
- 3-year relevant experience in teaching French as a foreign language, particularly in an international or multicultural setting.
- Good knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). DELF examiner/corrector accreditation will be a plus.
- Moderate proficiency in English language (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for language education.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in French as a Foreign Language (FLE)/ a relevant master’s degree will be a plus.
